The Standard Double Room was uncomfortably cramped, making it difficult to move around. The bathroom setup lacked privacy, with the shower situated too close to the bed and the toilet in a separate space that didn’t close properly. the noise from the street was quite bothersome, as the room was situated below street level with a window opening directly onto the sidewalk.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, but the room was a bit cramped and lacked real privacy in the bathroom. decent for a short stay, though.

The location was super handy, right next to the metro and packed with restaurants and shops. Great price/quality ratio!

the hotel is conveniently close to Parque del Retiro, a stunning green space ideal for leisurely walks, and only a 10-minute stroll away from the historical Plaza de Cibeles, perfect for sightseeing.

The breakfast is cheap and good for the price. The rooms are very small.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. I fondly remember how the staff treated me during my first visit when they helped with an insect bite. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay. I'm coming back for a weekend!
